Question 1

What do I actually get?

Accepted Answer

A website built for your shop, an online booking page on your own domain, and the console your staff run the day from: schedule, bookings, inbox, customers, invoices. Set up with you, loaded with your services and prices, and your team trained on it.

Question 2

How long until it's live?

Accepted Answer

About two weeks from kickoff. Most of that is us building; your part is a couple of conversations and getting us your services, prices and photos.

Question 3

Will my customers know it isn't mine?

Accepted Answer

No. Your domain, your colours, your logo, your name on every text and email. Nobody is told who built it, and there's no badge in the corner. That's the whole point.

Question 4

What happens once it's live?

Accepted Answer

Hosting, monitoring, support, and the changes you'll want as the shop changes: new services, new prices, new photos. Booking platforms and carriers change their rules constantly; that ongoing care is what keeps yours working through it.

Question 5

I already have a website. Does it get replaced?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Sometimes the right move is to keep the site and put the booking system behind it, sometimes it's a rebuild. We'll look at yours on the call and tell you straight which one it is.

Question 6

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. We set it up, load it with your work, and train whoever runs the counter. If something needs changing after that, you text us.
