Privacy Policy

Last updated September 23, 2026

This policy explains what RedLine Labs LLC collects when you use this site, why, and who else sees it. It applies to this booking funnel and the pages linked from it.

What we collect

What you tell us: your name, your shop's name, your phone number, your email address, your state, and your answers to the questions in the form — the services you offer, how customers book with you today, roughly how many jobs you do a week, what you use to keep track of them, and how you feel about your website.

What comes automatically: your IP address, basic device and browser information, and the time of your visit, from our hosting provider's standard request logs.

If you reached us from an advert, the Meta pixel runs on our marketing pages. It sets cookies in your browser and records which pages and steps you reached, so we can tell which adverts bring people who actually book. It does not run on the legal pages, and it never runs on the link in your confirmation email that reschedules or cancels a call.

We also keep our own count of how many people reach each step of the form. That count holds no name, no number and no identifier for you: it is a tally, kept so we can see which question people give up on.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

To schedule and hold the call you booked, to send you the confirmation and reminder you asked for, and to be prepared for that call. Your answers are attached to the calendar invitation so we know what your shop does before we speak.

We also use it to decide whether we are a fit for your shop at all. The funnel asks where you are and what you run because we cannot serve everyone.

We measure our own advertising with it. When you book a call, send a message, or ask for an estimate, we tell Meta that a booking happened and pass your email and phone number in a scrambled form it cannot read back, so it can match the booking to the advert you saw. That is also what lets us show our adverts again to people who started the form and did not finish.

If you give us your email or phone number on this site or in our demo, we may also give it to Meta and Google, scrambled the same way, to show you our adverts or to keep them from you. Ask us to delete it anytime.

We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build a profile of you for anybody else.

Text messages

When you confirm a booking you agree to receive text messages from us about that call: a confirmation, and a reminder if you ask for one. Message frequency is low — in the normal case, two.

If you use the pricing calculator we send one text the next day with the estimate you were given and a link to book a call, unless you have already booked one. That is one message, and there is no sequence behind it.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing texts to numbers given here, and we do not sell your number or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Five service providers, each for one job: Twilio sends the text messages, Google sends the emails and holds the appointment and its video link, Resend sends email when Google cannot, Vercel hosts the site and keeps the request logs, and Meta measures our advertising.

Each of them receives only what their job needs. Google receives the appointment and the answers as the invitation's notes because that is where we read them before the call.

What Meta receives is your scrambled email and phone number, the page you were on, and the fact that you booked or enquired. Scrambled means hashed: we send a fingerprint of the value, not the value, and it cannot be turned back into your address or your number. You can limit what Meta does with it in your Meta account's ad preferences, and your browser's tracking protections work here as they do anywhere.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How long we keep it

The calendar entry and the emails stay in our own accounts for as long as we may reasonably need them, typically no more than two years after our last contact — unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Hosting logs are kept by our provider on their standard, short retention schedule.

Your choices

Email contact@redlinelabs.org and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request, and there is no charge.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. We honour those requests the same way.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
