SMS Terms

Last updated September 23, 2026

RedLine Labs LLC sends text messages to people who give us their number on this site. This page says exactly what we send, how often, and how to stop.

Consenting to messages

You consent when you give us your mobile number in one of our forms and submit it. The consent notice sits on the same screen as the field, above the button, so it is visible before you send anything.

There are two separate things you can agree to, and they are kept apart on purpose. The first is the message about the thing you just asked for: a booking confirmation, a reply to your enquiry, or the preview of your booking site if you asked for one. Asking for it is the consent for it.

The second is marketing texts, which are a tick box of their own. It starts unticked, it is optional, and nothing on this site requires it. You can ask for a free preview, book a call, get an estimate, refer a shop or apply for work without ever ticking it, and the form sends perfectly well either way.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can also leave your number out entirely and use email instead. Say so in the message and we will only reply by email.

We do not buy phone numbers, we do not text people who have not given us their number themselves, and we never share or sell your number to anyone for their own marketing.

What we send

Booking a call or a walkthrough: a confirmation when it is scheduled, and a reminder before it starts. A walkthrough also gets one the day before. If you move or cancel it, one message confirming that.

Contacting us or referring a shop: one message confirming we received it, and replies from a real person about that specific message.

Asking for a free preview: one message straight away saying we have it and are building it, and one more when your preview is ready, with the link. Those two are the thing you asked for.

If, and only if, you ticked the marketing box: up to three further texts over two weeks about the preview you asked for, and then nothing. The last one says it is the last one.

Asking for a demo call: one message straight away with the link to pick a time. That is the thing you asked for. If, and only if, you ticked the marketing box as well, up to two more if you have not booked yet: one about a quarter of an hour later and one the next day, and then nothing. The second says it is the last one. Booking a call stops them.

Everything we send is about something you started. We do not buy lists and we do not text people who have not given us their number.

How often

Message frequency varies and depends on what you do here. A booked call is typically three messages: the confirmation, the reminder, and any change you make yourself. A contact form is typically one. A pricing estimate is one the next day, and only if you have not booked a call by then. A free preview is two: one when you ask and one when it is ready.

If you ticked the marketing box, add up to three more over the fortnight after your preview. Booking a call stops them.

A demo call request is one message. If you ticked the marketing box and have not booked, add up to two more within a day. Booking a call stops them.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message from us and the texts stop. That works on every message we send and takes effect immediately; you will get one final message confirming it, and nothing after that.

Reply START to begin receiving them again. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at contact@redlinelabs.org.

Opting out of texts does not cancel a call you booked. If you want to move or cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email or reply to it.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee either.
