Terms of Service
Last updated September 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of this site and the call you can book on it, operated by RedLine Labs LLC.
What this site is
It is a way to tell us about your shop and book an introductory call. Booking a call is not a contract, does not commit you to buy anything, and does not commit us to take you on as a client.
Any work we go on to do together is covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
The call
Calls are roughly twenty minutes. We may need to reschedule or cancel, and we will tell you if we do. You can cancel or move yours by replying to the confirmation email or text.
We take a limited number of new shops at a time, and the availability shown on this site reflects that. A booked call is not an offer of a place.
Information you give us
Please give us accurate information. We use the phone number and email you provide to reach you about the call, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit anyone else's personal information, and do not use this form to send us confidential material.
About the figures on this site
The numbers shown, including the results attributed to named shops and the projected improvements on the diagnostic screen, describe what specific clients experienced. They are illustrations of past results, not predictions, guarantees, or promises about your shop.
Every shop is different. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, bookings, hours saved, or any other outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not submit automated or fraudulent bookings. We may refuse or cancel any booking, and block access, at our discretion.
Our content
The text, design, and images on this site belong to us or to the businesses whose marks appear on it, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client names and logos appear with their permission and remain theirs.
Disclaimers and liability
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with it will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. They were last updated on September 23, 2026.
